The space is great sized comes with 2 TVs and living room and bedroom . Beds are super comfy. easy check in and check out only thing is they just need to spray the hallways smell a little worn out but other then that good property

The stay was awesome I loved it. Didn’t like finding roaches but with house keeping’s help they took care of that quickly. Thanks for making my stay clean and comfortable.

The virtual check in was different. The initial greeting was good by staff however the sink drain was clogging in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone was sitting in it and ate a lunch before I arrived had a stain on the sheet and a visible indent on the frshly made bed.

Great stay

Virtual check in was different for us, but the staff was awesome! Very attentive and all our needs were met during our stay. We had a small issue with the bedding that was quickly resolved. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

The entire property reaked of smoke. Our rooms (because we asked to be moved once) were falling apart and held together with blue painters tape, the pool door was hang wide open, providing no security and the pool looked and smelled like it had never seen any chemicals. The gm's kids were racing bikes up and down the hall. The computer greater and the lone, overworked maid were the life savers, doing everything possible to make our stay more comfortable.

Excellent for the price!!

I came in town last minute for a work thing. I had a long day at work and needed somewhere to stay very late at night. I found this hotel close to my office and gave it a try. It was a fantastic room for the price. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and will definitely consider staying here in the future! I especially liked it in the room I was in there were lots of USB outlets for charging things. That’s really helpful when you travel.

This is a mixed review. Bad: Hallway smelled like pot; VERY strong smell. When I politely asked if marijuana was legal in Atlanta, the host told me, "We don't want you to smoke it in the room." Bad: The "breakfast" was sad. Bread(toast),waffle maker, yogurt, cereal. Bad: As I was eating breakfast one morning, one customer asked me, "Can you help me extend my stay?" Me: "I don't work here." Customer: "I know". Bad: Really sketchy residents. I did NOT feel comfortable leaving my wife there, alone. GOOD: The host and hostess were EXTREMELY polite, very nice, and continued to ask if there were anything they could do for us. Won't stay here again.

Property looks like it’s in a sketchy area. Nuzzled right Btwn Two very low end motels. I mean like lock the car doors twice and the push the alarm again from the room window. But once inside the room was cozy and moderately updated. The halls look dim and dingy but overall for a short stay at the last minute it was worth the price. Complimentary breakfast was decent. The room service was outstanding. She was very thorough and came to clean daily. Sheets pulled back pillow cases changed fresh towels etc. the indoor pool was a joke don’t let the pics fool you it’s not in servíce. Overall, decent accommodations if you are not too picky. Front desk is automated so if u like to have immediate assistance try somewhere over near Ventura Dr or pleasant hill.

The virtual check in system was fine, but seemed like a way to never have staff on the property. We liked some updated features of the hotel like the sensor lights and darkening blinds. Breakfast was also good. However, this hotel is filthy. Within minutes of arriving and walking on the floor in our room both my son and my feet were black. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor. There seemed to be no housekeeping. We asked for our trash to be taken out and they never came. We asked for new towels twice and both times the towels we were given had black marks on them. The second time it took over 24 hours to even get them. They didnt show up when they said they would. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but did not let our son use it because it was an entirely different color than the photos and didnt look like it had seen chemicals in a very long time. The floor around the pool was also dirty. Side door was propped open every time we left. Defeating the purpose of needing a key to enter. Other guests are very loud so I would not recommend for small children either.

The staff was amazing and super super friendly. Big miscommunication however. The indoor pool was NOT working. The whole reason i chose this location was for swimming with the kids. I was absolutely devasted to see the pool dark green and not ready. I even called ahead a few days before i booked and was told it was up and running. Smh. Very hard pill to swallow. Told me i need to contact expedia for a 10 percent refund and they will offer me a 10 percent refund as well. So a 20 percent refund after all is said and done... Hopefully if i ever receive it. But the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was decent.....pour your own waffles, couple cereals, coffee and juice and some activia. Oh and toast and toasters. I would look to add... Bacon/sausage/eggs and fresh fruit. Just those four alone would be a huge improvement. Rooms were clean and somewhat modern. All in all... If the pool was running. I would've liked this place a whole lot. Its nice little spot and the staff really makes the place great.

The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures. The pool was disgusting with a gross film on top of the water, leaves and dirt along the bottom, and the deck was being used as a storage unit. Then the rooms were not nice at all. One wall had a quarter size hole in it, and the bathtub had mold in it. Finally, on the morning we were checking out, they deactivated our key cards long before we were due to check out and the staff was rude when I ask them to reactivate the key so we could get our stuff out of the room and into our car. Overall, very disappointed in the accomodations and especially not being able to use the pool. The pool was the reason we chose this hotel for our stay.

Filthy conditions, sketchy people lingering around. Hotel staff only available online, bedding was filthy, stained, room was filthy. Someone had a gas powered moped parked in the hallway outside our door. This place was awful. Left a day early to get away from this place.

Never Again

There was no front desk staff - just someone through a computer screen that spit out our key card. The entire hotel was "under renovation" and so there was no pool or breakfast as stated on their site. The hallway that had our room smelled like weed and was constantly wet with towels in the hall from the laundry room. The front door was always open leaving no security for those of us indoors. I would NEVER stay here again and feel that the money I spent should be refunded.
