built 2014 house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The guest(s) also welcomed to use the living room, kitchen, dining and laundry room with detergent and backyard.

Welcome to our house, featuring a cozy living room , one inviting dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee amenities. Feel free to cook using dishes, pots, tools and so on from the cabinets, but kindly avoid strong-smelling dishes and clean up after. Let us know if you need anything else.

If you want to store food, please put it in the fridge located in your room or in the kitchen with double-door refrigerator. If you want ice, you can use the refrigerator in the kitchen. you can use the welcome to use our laundry room offers a washer, dryer, detergent. The dishwasher is not for guests to use. Make yourself at home!
Guest access
The garage and the closets in the common area of whole building are not access to guests.
Check-in Time: 3PM - 11 PM
Access: On your check-in date, you'll receive the passcodes for both the front door and your room at 3PM.
(Late Check in after 11 PM, please let me know in advance. I'll do my best to be reachable with a smooth late check-in.)
During Your Stay:
Feel free to come and go as you please at anytime. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

During your stay
Our family lives in the first floor bedroom. I’m always a message away for any needs, requests, or questions.

Other things to note
The guest can park your one car on the right driveway or the street across while facing downwards. If you have two cars, let me know in advance.
Unfortunately, if you park in front of a neighbor's house, you will be asked to move at any time.

For Security Purposes, NO 3rd Party Check-Ins Allowed. Primary Guest that booked reservation must stay during the entire booking.

No Smoking/Vaping of any kind. No Pets. NO Loud Music, Quiet hours 11 PM-8AM. Please be respectful of other guests.

This is also a shared house and other rooms are being rented. Other guest may be heard during your visit.
