This beautiful new house is centrally located in the heart of Downtown, Atlanta minutes walk from Beltline. This modern spacious 4 bed 2 bath has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Within minutes to Mercedes Benz Stadium, Philipps Arena, Ponce City Market, Inman Park, Candler Park, Kirkwood, Midtown, Decatur, & many more great locations. Modern finishes, smart 4K TV’s, high speed WIFI. Plenty of fresh clean towels, sheets, & necessities to feel right at home while away from home. Enjoy a delightful stay in our modern 4 bedrooms 2 bath house for your Atlanta trip. A Spacious house with a Modern Open-Concept living Space. Retreat to the large masters suite with a spa-like shower, walk-in closet & more! The House is equipped with AC, heating, and Wifi to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy using the fully stocked kitchen, parking, and stunning backyard. There are spacious back patio with lounging furniture. The host was very nice however the property reeked of pet urine when I arrived. They graciously sent out someone to clean but the stench permeated throughout the house. It put a damper on my entire trip

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. I would advise that you do have to park on the side of the road there is not driveway parking and it is a small road. There also needs to be a weather strip at the back door as ants were heavy at the crack of the door and outback. The host was pleasantly helpful would book again.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was lovely. The home is located in a quite neighborhood not too far from downtown. Just a heads up there’s about 15 steps before you get to the front door so brace yourself for a mini workout lol

The place looked way better in the pictures, when I first walked in felt like I walked straight in a desert it was so hot inside but the host did what he can to make my stay well rounded and I appreciate that, however with the fans it was still hot , no toilet paper at all, and smelled of old pipes maybe busted?

Cute house

This is a cute house just out of town but only minutes away from Mercedes Benz stadium. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails and concerns. The only concern I would have would be if you had someone with mobility issues. There are steps to get into the house that are a little steep. If we come back to Alantia GA will definitely stay here again.

Atlanta didn’t disappoint!

The inside of the house is super cute! Good lighting & open floor plan is spacious & plenty of room for large family. My only suggestion would be to get a larger couch/more seating in the living room. With a 4 bedroom home & you have more than 3 people, the couch is really small & the spare chairs aren’t very comfortable for lounging. The floors were pretty sticky but appeared clean. We enjoyed the fenced in back patio, especially for our dog! Being a small lot, some landscaping/yard clean up wouldn’t be much work but highly suggested. We kept the broom in the kitchen to sweep out leaves & debris when coming in & out. A cordless sweeper vacuum would be ideal for the hard floors throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & enjoyed the convenience of restaurants & close to the city. Host Kantroy was easy to communicate with (even though we never got out bottle of wine😉sorry you were sick Host Kantroy!) when we come back to Atlanta, we will definitely check out this property again!
