Cons- The apartment is a bit warn down compared to the pictures in the listing. Towels, shower curtain, and tub were clean but stained. Boxspring cover was clearly dirty. Pros- Good location for my needs (walkable to hotel conference centers and restaurants) and convenient to have a kitchen for a week long visit.
