The room only had one thin sheer shade on the window. Nothing to actually block any light or sun. Their solution was to give us a heavy comforter but no where for it to hang up and no way it would hold to cover the window. There was a roach in my mother-in-law’s room and their solution was to move rooms from 1st floor to 6th floor at 11:30 at night.

The room was clean but a lot of things needed fixed like door knobs safety bars in the bathroom were loose there’s no desk like in the photos beds were comfy outside needs cleaned and landscaping But the worst part was they charge you a $10 a day ‘service’ fee that’s totally ridiculous and a $50 ‘incidental’ fee also it’s refundable but not the extra $30 for a service fee

Room disappointing. Billed as a 6 star hotel. No breakfast or even coffee available. Did not appreciate AI check in! On 4th night after working for entire time, the bed was stripped and no linens available. We hadn’t asked for room service. Front desk had no king sheets nor help to finish the room with towels or sheets

The AC was not up to par, the front desk did not honor or waive my free night. The floor in our room was dirty as hell. Someone "missed" the toilet and didn't mop the floor prior to check in. I'm highly disappointed

Water was seeping up through the floor, rooms smelled musty and stale, bathroom doors looked like they were chewed up, and fire sprinklers were covered with what looked like wet toilet paper. Staff didn’t seem too concerned after we had said we were cancelling our stay and asked for a refund. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else.

You get what you pay for. I was only sleeping and leaving so I didn’t want to pay a lot for a room. They should reconsider placing someone with a dog right by the front entrance. Every single person walking in made my dog jump up and start growling. Then at 4:30am there were extremely loud people stomping and talking in the hall so that was the end of my little bit of sleep. There were a lot of repairs needed, broken tiles, missing back of the tv remote, toilet paper roll falls off the holder when you use it. The cyber check in was just weird when there was a person sitting at the front desk.
