Prime location, stunning view and cozy stay

This is the prime location to stay when visiting Atlanta. Guest services is on top of their game from the check-in process to checking out. They responded very promptly. The unit was very clean and had everything necessary to cook and clean. The place smelled so good and fresh. The view is magnificent. I will definitely be in touch with Atlanta Luxury Rental for our next stay.

The quality of the rental, cleanliness of the whole building (even the parking garage), and all of my interactions with staff were on par with any luxury 5 star hotel. Staff is impressively proactive with communication and quick to respond. Callie is the only name I got, but everyone was great.

Great mid-town location but unit had issues

Great location and sizable, well-appointed unit as listed. Suggestions management might consider: Limited supplies: no Kleenex; 1 bottle each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash per bathroom with 4 occupants' use over 4-day rental. 6 Keurig coffees pods. Master bed with king bed was very cold. Only thermostat in living room with large windows warmed by sun. Hot living room thermostat reading causes the AC to come on in rest of unit in living room. Might be compromised by remodel in old Sears building but space heater could have been provided. Still froze during May rental.

The loft is beautifully decorated, centrally located with easy access to Downtown, Midtown, Inman Park, Virginia Highlands neighborhoods and I 75/85. Kitchen has dishes, pots/pans, spices and beds are super comfortable!
