Modern and Sophisticated

The unit is recently renovated (about 6 months) and features in-unit washer dryer, new electric appliances, wood laminate flooring, updated bathroom and a patio. The bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam mattress and gel foam topper to make your rest especially peaceful. I love interior design so I have left much of my decor finds in place. Please take care of my place as if it were your own. It is not a very child friendly space for those under around 10 years of age due to fragile decor, glass table, etc. I hope you enjoy the aesthetics that I’ve worked hard to update recently and are most comfortable during your stay.

Guest access

You can enjoy all common spaces in addition to your private bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi and cable, new electric appliances, smart TV and pool on property (closes at 10 pm). You’ve got a great spacious one bedroom unit in the heart of the city.

Interaction with guests

I’m always available for any property questions or if you need advice on where to dine, shop or enjoy the nightlife. If you ever need someone to take you around the city I would gladly do so as long as I am available.

Other things to note

I have a strict don’t ask don’t tell policy. If ever approached by anyone inquiring about why you are staying, please do not discuss anything with them. It is always safe to say you are my friend who is visiting. This has only happened once before but contact me immediately if it does occur :)

Loved It!

Roman was able to accommodate myself and my guest last minute for our 4 day 3 night stay in ATL. Location and price was a definite plus! Quiet and safe neighborhood. The place was very clean and stylish. Easy access to outdoor pool with grill if interested in using. We enjoyed it and would most definitely consider staying again:)

Great Apartment/Quality Furnishings/Convenient to Grocery and Dining

While my wife and I stayed in Atlanta, our stay was a pleasure. The apartment was in pristine condition and the detailed layout was amazing. The high end furnishings were a treat and the wine rack in the dining room was a great touch. We also loved that each bottle of wine was available for purchase. The stocked mini bar which included wine, bottled water, water-seltzers and beer for purchase made it a home away from home. The optional all natural bath and body products available were also great. We could tell that Roman thought of everything we would need as if we were at home. It is obvious he takes pride in his apartment and ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also great to have a short 5 minute drive to Atlantic Station where you could find dining, shopping, a gym and evening entertainment. When we visit Atlanta again we would definitely stay here again.
