My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway

Room was nice and large. However, several things missing or deficient in room - wastebasket, coffee/creamer, deadbolk that would not lock easily since screw missing, and water pressure in shower that was pretty minimal. For problems I brought to the attention of the Motel 6 staff, they were excellent in responding. Buried in fine print was info re: $7 for secured parking. No non-secured/free parking seemed available, so had to opt for that and pay extra.

I am giving this review because the staff is very friendly, kind, and the manager Miss KiKi is a blessing to the property. Motel 6 has a lot of competition in the Hartfield Airport District. It's the people that brimg back and back! The staff definetly works hard to earn returning business! Thank You FOR ALL YOU DO!

I booked this hotel, due to a cancellation of my flight on the government shutdown crisis. I was looking for a rush hotel w/ shuttle service near the airport and cheap. Here's my one night experience to share with y'all. 1. Leaks on toilet base (blackwater) 2. Walls with fingerprints stains 3. One bathroom towels with stains 4. Refrigerator (freezer compartment) with black dirt 5. Cracked/peeled stucco celling. Check-in and out service was fast but could be better. Shuttle The service wasn't available upon my arrival; I had to use the train and bus to get there. When I checked out, it was available, but from a different hotel company. However, the service was good.
