Great vibe in this hotel, super clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Lobby bar and lobby area was so pleasant to just chill and have a drink. Elevators were fast, never waited. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom was bright, large and clean with a rain shower. The only downside was no ice machine, but the bar staff was always willing to give us cups of ice.

Had no clue there was breakfast, check in was confusing because its behind the bar unless you know that you walk around for 10 minutes and ask. The club on the top floor stayed open until about 130/2 am and being put in a room on the 7th floor is extremely loud.

I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits Mr. McKinney’s authorization, which hasn't been sent. On July 9, staff claimed the hotel won't process third-party refunds and the GM won't speak with guests. Despite a nice facility, the lack of professional follow-through is concerning.

I went for World Cup and paid 472.00 a night not including tax and fees Room offered I was told could be loud so they had sound machine and ear plugs. No thank you . 40 min later for a room with no city review which I paid for but was quiet and in consideration they took 100.00 off bill. Room had NO amenities on room including bottled water nor coffee or tea or bathroom amenities .zero. I called down and told this was the concept of hotel . What concept no anything ? The manager called and offered me free water which they supplied but when they delivered the water they never. Made up the room. I returned after game to see room just as I left it I called and asked for housekeeping and was told they only service every 3 days. I dis t believe that and asked for manager who was understanding the day before . I was told he and everyone else had just left ? I didn’t believe that either but I said I will never stay at another moxy or Marriott property or and probably not use Expedia . This morning I went down for coffee and my faith was restored by Staff at from t desk Caroline who assured me she would tell my concerns to manager . I think she will . She was very understanding

I like that the hotel had both a rooftop bar and a bar downstairs. I would recommend not getting a higher up room because you can hear the music from the rooftop bar. That is also a plus because if you want to go upstairs, you are only one floor away! The staff was friendly and they had treats in the lobby where you check-in. Everyone greets you every time you walk in and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can pick up some food without leaving the building. The room was beautifully and uniquely decorated and the convivence of grabbing towels or toiletries in the hall was great! I would definitely stay here again and would suggest this hotel if you are a young adult or like night life.

The water pressure is very low in the showers. There is food downstairs and the eggslut restaurant is delicious. The vibes were great, there is no free self-parking. The valet and eggslut are inconveniently cashless. The main lights in our room were burnt out. It was decent.

This hotel is a whole VIBE!!! Not a place for staying up in the room and chilling, more of a party all night and take a nap type of hotel! It’s clean, so clean it makes you feel like it was a grand opening. City view gives you a perfect view, room size is just enough and not overly cluttered with furniture and the decor was very cool. Staff was amazing! Imani checked us in and she was excellent! The staff checking us out was so nice! We will stay with them again!

Checked us in early, super nice and helpful staff, would stay here again. Came for the World Cup and was super easy to walk to Mercedes Benz stadium and back. Also right next to centennial park, world of Coca Cola, and the aquarium.
