Great location

We stayed during New Years eve and it was exactly what I expected. Close to everything that downtown Atlanta has to offer. We were able to walk to everything that we needed without any problem. The room was clean and a perfect size for 2 people.

My family and I were supposed to stay at this "apartment" for one night. We pulled up to the property, which had the parking completely fenced off, but also, the entire block had signs that literally said "NO PEE OR POOP". These are posted for all of the homeless people that live on the property as well. I tried to make contact with the person who has this listing to ask if there was any where SAFE to park, that wasn't surrounded by people who live on the sidewalks or the ones who were LITERALLY shooting up as we passed by. I got no response, so we drove to the nearest hotel and stayed there instead. This place is GARBAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place. Please note: The 1 star rating was forced. I had to rate it to write the review. Also, I should say: we paid for the rental even though we did not stay. The owners do no respond to messages.

Comfortable and convenient

The building is very convenient. It is a less than 10min walk to the Aquarium, 20min walk to stadium. The unit was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a VRBO. Because of the location, there is some outside noise disturbance. But I just turned on my phone sound machine app and it didn’t keep us up. We couldn’t get the heater in the bedroom to work, but didn’t report it because the one in the living room was sufficient. I would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation is to include a hair dryer. I’m glad I packed one last minute!

This place don't give nothing but some where to lay ur head. It really need an upgrade. To be in the city you would have thought it was a little moreup scale. I really wasnt please at all.. and to pay to park is crazy..
