This is the most convenient place for access to all of Downtown Atlanta's most sought after attractions! You name it: Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Tech, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, National Center for Civil and Human Rights, World of Coca-Cola, The College Football Hall of Fame, and many more are all at your doorstep!
This ground floor condo is close to all the action, but our neighborhood is surprisingly tranquil. You will enjoy secure keypad access to our serene and comfy condo. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the necessities. There is a dedicated workspace where you'll find the wi-fi password so you can get connected. The dining table accommodates 4 guests and there are TV trays as well. The living room is so pleasant that you'll likely notice your stress level decreasing as you relax and enjoy a movie or maybe one of the board games provided for you and your family or friends. The queen size bed in the bedroom may induce sweet dreams. Wake up renewed and ready to make the most of your time in Atlanta. The bathroom shower just might become your happy place with its two shower heads and premium moisturizing body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
We believe you'll truly enjoy your time in our place from the moment you arrive to find the thermostat set to a pleasant temperature until you check-out with new memories from wonderful stay in Atlanta.
Our community is gated with secure access. You'll be provided with the access code.

You will have access to the entire condo, including the relaxing patio.

Parking isn't a challenge, plenty of curbside parking is available - even right outside the condo windows so your vehicle remains in view.

The area is patrolled 24x7 by Georgia Tech police and is very safe to walk.

Bringing kids? The play area is steps away from the door and is inside the community's secure and gated area.

The entire condo is wheelchair accessible.

The living room sofa includes queen size pull-out bed.

Lovely location

This location was perfect for our trip, we were walking daily to the GWCC and it is a very doable 15 minutes. We loved how the neighborhood was quiet and calm - it was really nice after being in the congested downtown part of Atlanta for the day. Best perk was the street parking.

The property was just ok. Simular to a previous review, we felt the property could use a very thorough top to bottom cleaning/scrubbing/dusting. There were very small stains on the towels that probably wouldn't have been noticed by anybody who was not intently looking for stains, as I was. The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfrtable and sagged significantly in the middle. Noise from the street outside was rather disruptive. Location was perfect for us though as we were just passing through and wanted to stop at the Aquarium.

Cute and cozy

Easy to find, accessible street parking, really nice neighborhood, was pretty peaceful, and the condo was cozy. It was exactly what we needed since we were not really there but to shower and sleep. We visited the aquarium, zoo, museum, Chick-fil-A dwarf house, and made it up to Nathen’s to the Bulldogs stadium. We would soooo stay here again.

Short staycation

The property was in a great location from many downtown Atlanta venues. Very well decorated and accommodating. The place could use a good dusting. My wife has a severe allergy to dust so it was apparent the moment we walked in. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.

Great spot walkable to Aquarium

Clean, 1st level condo within walking distance of the aquarium, world of coke, and other nearby attractions. Free parking on the street, which is a bonus for being downtown. Nice big shower. Kids loved the pullout sofa bed and said it was very comfy. Main bedroom was cozy as well. Unit is stocked with dishes and cookware as well as a fully stocked Keurig bar. Great price, great place, great communication. The ONLY negative we had was with the nearby environment. While we did feel safe at all times, there were some less than favorable environmental factors outside of the host's control. The walkthrough gate to get into the complex was broken, so it was not secured. After the walkthrough, there are some stairs leading to upper level condos (this one is ground level). For a few days of our stay, there was a bunch of someone's stuff that appears to have been thrown out, and it just sat there for several days. We also smelled marijuana from a nearby unit. Late at night for two nights, there was a nearby vehicle parked but blasting loud music. This is very near Georgia Tech, and I assume it was just some college kid, but it was a nuisance considering we were trying to get our children to sleep. All of these environmental factors outside of the unit are completely outside the host's control. Although the things I listed were annoying, they did not take away from our overall experience very much. Given the opportunity, we would stay again.

Cute place in the heart of Atlanta

Nice one-bedroom apartment in easy walking distance to Georgia Aquarium. Everything was in excellent shape and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Definitely recommend!
