This place was such a disappointment. I reserved a "nonsmoking room". but received one with a heavy odor of cigarettes. They gave me another room on the second floor that was almost as bad. I wanted to cancel the reservation, get a refund and stay somewhere else. They refused to give me a refund. You either prepay or pay upon getting there so they already had my money. The elevator also had an odor of cigarettes, so I walked up and down the stairs every time. The television didn't work properly. I was getting snowy screens. so I asked that they send someone to fix it but the person at the front desk said she didn't have anyone to send up. Finally, 2 days later, during a heavy rain, I finally got it to where I was able to receive some channels. No major channels such as CBS, TMC, and others. The remote wasn't a proper remote and didn't have a "Guide" button so there was no way of knowing what was playing. The room was very dimly. It wasn't worth the aggravation.
As for the internet, which was crucial to me, every time I signed on, I got a "weak signal" and I would get disconnected after 5-10 minutes at most. Then I had to sign in with the password again. The system wouldn't let you save the password. You just have to sign in as a guest every time. The "Continental Breakfast" available is a choice of cold sugary cereal, small bagels, small bagels, small hard boiled eggs, small muffins, waffles that you have to make yourself, and old, poor quality apples.
