Check-in is simple and seamless. A 24-hour concierge will greet you at the front entrance, verify your reservation with a valid ID, and direct you to the unit. If the guest checking in is not the booking guest, please let us know in advance so we can notify the concierge.
Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code to enter the condo. A key fob will also be provided inside the unit, giving you easy entry and exit from the building throughout your stay.

Street parking is also available, though limited. Please note: parking fees are not included in the rental and are paid separately.
Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft rides are always less than 5 minutes away and very affordable, making it easy to explore the city without the hassle of parking. With everything Downtown Atlanta has to offer right at your doorstep, you’ll find getting around stress-free and convenient.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
