Paid online and wants I arrived the front desk lady choose not to check me in and a few other guest. There was no reason at all why but the cops was called. When they arrived they told us the front desk lady constantly gives them problems and ignores people that she chooses in her mind that doesn’t need to stay at the hotel. Had to find another hotel last minute after a long travel without receiving a refund or explanation. Don’t recommend this location.

Sinks were new. Bed was comfortable. Everything else has quite a bit of age and you can see the wear. Room was a sexond floor king, spacious, microwave and fridge. Comfortable. Busy on the weekend.
The customer service was good. Very straightforward and transparent.I hear everything was handled in a professional manner. The room, on the other hand was absolutely abhorrent. It might have been the grossest hotel I've ever stayed period
It's unfortunate because i'm grateful that it was available on such short notice, but I don't know if I don't I could spend my hard earned money on something like that again

OK, but there’s better
Ok stay, turned to a poor stay. I booked an additional night as I didn’t think it was bad enough to switch hotels and didn’t want to pack all my stuff back up. However, when I went to the front desk to let them know, I was told I’d have to check out at regular check out time(11am) and check back in at 3pm. How ridiculous to make someone to check out for 4 hours and check back in. Why inconvenience a paying customer and also yourself. That’s an extra room to clean. It doesn’t make financial sense. And since I had to pack up anyway, you lost this paying customer and I booked at a much better hotel for only $3 more!! Closer to city, nicer rooms, and a decent free breakfast(waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices etc). So overall, this is an hotel, no perks, needs a remodel and some pest extermination.
The first day I checked in, the Indian dude who checked me in was “cool”. Property is dirty and in poor condition. It was a quiet night’s sleep though. So I “rebooked” for a second night online through Expedia.com (both night’s were booked through Expedia.com): read ABOUT my “rebooking” experience below:
One of the workers is an Indian dude from India (not Native American) who is “psychotic”, speaks poor English, and he has a very, very, very, bad attitude. He charged me for “paying for an additional night online” because I didn’t notify the property in advance before I paid. Who charges customers for spending more money at their dirty hotel? He should have been paying me. The place is “run down and filthy”. It’s the type of property you would expect from Indians. What was shocking was his bad attitude. I called the police on dude because he threatened to call the police on me because I agreed to pay the fee he demanded because I wasn’t on-site to check out of the room that I had paid for (it is their policy that you have to check out by check out time and then check back in at 3:00pm even if you are already in the property, if you don’t tell them you are not checking out, regardless of whether you repay for your room through a third party). Don’t mess with this place. These people are A MESS!!! No business acumen. Unprofessional. Dirty property. Nasty attitude. Poor English. Threatening to call the cops BECAUSE YOU HAVE PAID THEM. Ridiculous.
Quality stay great staff always helpful new hires are refreshing anytime I arrive I am treated with the upmost respect and also they are very understanding!!!!

The room was clean Staff was courteous and accommodating. The Bed gave a good night sleep.
