We stayed after a concert at the amphitheater. We found the hotel to be very clean and beautiful inside, however we were placed in room 219 and there was a gigantic air unit outside our window that was constantly going off throughout the night making it impossible to go to sleep!!! Due to this I will never stay there again

Upon arrival every staff member from the valet to front counter were very nice and engaging. The esthetics of the hotel were nice and you felt like you were in a glam hotel that was in the center of downtown. The room was definitely clean, but my only issue was the bed and how rigid the mattress was. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean. We”ll be coming back!

Room was spotless and the staff was fantastic! I stayed here 2 nights in two different rooms and the air conditioning units are very noisy and run for extended periods of time to cool such a small space.
