Starting with the dream come true back yard. With the pool facing due east, sun exposure is full all day! An in-ground pool that has a sun shelf in the shallow end and a bar seat in the deep end. Plenty lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. Hot tub as well that can be turned on anytime.

Brand new premium outdoor kitchen, equipped with rotisserie grill, flat top grill, pizza oven, beer and wine fridge, and ice machine. There’s a half bath as well so you can spend the whole day outside without coming back into the house.

Second bedroom with queen size bed w/en suite full bath. Third bedroom has queen bed and fourth had two twin beds , both rooms that share one full bath.

No need to even rent a car while you’re here. Prime location to Midtown/Downtown. Short 13 mile ride share from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. Half a mile (.5) walking distance to grocery store (Lidl), 2 miles walking distance to the Eastlake Marta subway train station. Which is then only a direct 6 stops away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. 1.7 mile walking distance to Eastlake golf course.
Walking distance to downtown Kirkwood that has a variety of restaurants. Publix grocery store is only half a mile away as well.

The Charlie Yatz golf course is a par 3/4 public course. We have left our golf clubs here available in the home if you’d like to go pick up around.

If you have a car, we are prime location to driving around and seeing the city. Located right off of I-20 just minutes to the I75/85 connector in downtown. Driveway fits 4 cars.
