Awesome Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The hosts had provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The condo is an end unit so it is very quiet and close to the beach. The Sea Spray is convenient to Beaufort and Pine Knolls Shores.

Trip to see 1st grandchild

It was a great stay. Quiet. Clean. Stocked. The bed was a little tough, but we made it work. We usually come to Havelock/Atlantic Beach this time of year to see our son and wife. This year was extra special because we were able to see our newborn grand baby a few days into the trip. Since the inlaws were staying at their place, we had to find something quick to stay. I was able to book this in a few days upon arrival. Definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and easy check-in/out. The SeaSpray property was very well kept and clean. The unit itself was clean and plenty of room in the kitchen & family room for a family of four. We usually rent 3rd floor units, but it was so easy being on the 1st floor this year for trips to the beach, as well as multiple trips to and from the car with our bags. We eat most meals in the unit, so I would have liked to have had some better knives and utensils to cook with. We also would have loved a more comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Thank you to Surfside for another great rental experience and vacation!

Awful experience

This property was booked, confirmed and paid for when we set out on a nearly 4 hour drive with children to stay a few nights. We repeated reached out to the host for details on the property which were not listed but received no response by phone or email. When we arrived at the property, we discovered an email sent an hour after check-in curtly letting us know that the property was not available, leaving us hours from home with young children and nowhere to stay. We eventually found a hotel to stay in, but due to the hour when the host cancelled the booking we were unable to find another property to take us that night. We have had zero communication from the host. Thankfully, they were at least prompt in issuing a refund, but that was not nearly enough to compensate for what they put us through.
