At this oceanfront condo, the coastal lifestyle and all of the joy and activities that come with it are right at your doorstep.
This unit is as inviting as the ocean breeze, with a fresh, comfortable, and beachy vibe. The open living space leads to the balcony with ocean views — where you are likely to spend lots of time! Sip coffee at first light, watch the waves in the distance, and come back in the evening just in time for the sun to dip down over the horizon in a fiery glow. With a dining room, bright white and roomy kitchen and two bedrooms, this ideal locale is the perfect getaway.
Southwinds is within walking distance of Fort Macon State Park with its myriad of nature trails and pristine beaches. The Atlantic Beach Circle is also close by and has so many cute shops and fine dining for friends in town or a fun night out. If you prefer to stay close to home, swim in one of two pools or marvel at the glory of the surf and the sunset with loved ones. You will never tire of your views and access to the Crystal Coast!!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-The complex does not have an elevator
-No pets
-No smoking
-There are two EV charging stations for guest use at Southwinds located at the back of building E.

The fee to charge your vehicle is 25¢ per kW.
There will be an additional charge of $5 per hour if your vehicle remains hooked up after the battery is completely full.
