Great Beach House

Very cozy with lots of room. Three full baths was clutch for our hroup of athletes competing over a long weekend. Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out (porch, living room, dining room, balcony, back yard) We loved our stay.

Quick Stay

A small groups of cheer moms and their daughters stayed in their property for the weekend in the Off season. The property was clean, stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. It provided enough space for our pre teens to spread out and enjoy their time together. We were very close to the boardwalk and walking distance to the beach and Wawa. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Sisterhood Getaway

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends and we truly enjoyed ourselves. It was clean. Well kept and the host was very accommodating and made the process of checking in and answering any questions we had easy. The location was great. Close to Atlantic City shops and boardwalks and casinos. Great little shops for eating in walking distance. There's plenty of space for everyone with the six bedrooms in the three bathrooms made getting ready abreeze.

We had a great vacation at this property. The owners were welcoming, communication was clear, the property was very clean and the rooms and bed are very cozy. The only issue was that, the property accommodates 14 people, but only allows for 2 car parking. Therefore the third car must be parked elsewhere due to parking permits. However, the third car can park 5 to 6 streets further that does not require a permit.

Fall Getaway

We were a little nervous to head down the shore in the off-season but our stay could not have been more comfortable and enjoyable at Gammy’s. The bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, and living areas were perfect for our group. Even with the rain, we had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time. The location were a short distance from the bars and restaurants we planned to go to. The house was spotless at arrival. We had everything we needed. Once the sun came out, we enjoyed the spacious porch. I would highly recommend staying at Gammy’s house!

Great visit to Ventnor and an easy place to stay! Plenty of space for our group, loved the front porch (though a barking dog from a neighbor house was distracting at times), and a very easy stroll to the beach. The house was perfectly clean. Not modern, we agreed with the description, but the house itself is well maintained. Easy street parking with two parking permits, beach tags, great location, beach wagons available for use. All in all, an easy beach getaway spot!

Gammy’s house has a great location close to the beach and is a fabulous house set up for a big group trip to the shore! It was also really nice that beach badges were provided and beach supplies. However, visitors should just be prepared that the house is old and could use some upgrades. There were a few things that broke while we were there that took some back and forth to fix in the midst of our trip but we appreciated the owner and rental company were quickly responsive and addressed them. We were able to park additional cars in the Ventnor Municipal Lot.

Property needs some upgrades, front porch needed painting. some of the lamps were very rickety.

needed some deep cleaning in a few areas. pots and pan were not expectable for cooking more were dishes for cooking nice meals. very few serving dishes, no wine glasses? no trash cans in bed rooms broken toile roll holder and broken towel racks in bathrooms, unexceptable. furniture in living room was old and heavy. Internet and v did not work for several days. Trash cans were overflowing in the alley.

Business Meeting

We arrived at the house to find that door code would not work. The property manager texted me the code to the lock box shortly after. While the house is old, it is nice. Not the ideal place for meetings, as the age of the house and lack of 3 prong outlets made it challenging. The main TV would not work and there were little supplies. The oven didn't work. There was enough TP but no dish soap and 1/4 roll of paper towels. We had to go buy these items. The worst part was we had 3 cars and apparently on Tuesday you cannot park on the street. We all received $21 parking tickets. There were no visible signs and noting was mentioned in wither the listing or welcome book. The owners would not reimburse us. So, renters you have been forewarned.
