Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2 car garage, condo unit. Only minutes walking to the Beach & Boardwalk (less the 5 minutes walk)! Outdoor shower with warm and cold water. North-End location.

Wi-Fi & Cable, 6 beach tags included. Central Air-Condition, Free WiFi, Cable TV/Movie/News/Sports/Children Channel!! 6th St ramp access to boardwalk and beach, public bathroom on 6th st.

Must be minimum age of 26 years old to rent.

It is a short walk to one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard stations with restrooms during the summer. Close to beach and Ocean View. 2 car garage parking. Modern kitchen stainless steel appliances with granite. Super Fresh supermarket is only 5 min away. Free HIGH speed Wifi (Internet), 3 flat screen TV, Cable & High speed wireless internet, central heating air conditioning, about 2 pillow per person, light blankets, 6 beach tags, 2 car garage, beach toys & beach chairs all included!!!!!!!

This property has a north end location. It is located on the 800 beach block. The on ramp to beach, boardwalk, Gillian Amusement Park on 6th Street. Shopping and restaurants is nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground in the area.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos & outlet shopping. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

Check in time is 2:00PM on the day of arrival and check out time is 10:00AM on day of departure.

Great location and cost effective

This is our second year staying in this property. The owner communicates well and descriptions are accurate. The location is great. However, there are a few items that have shown their age and wear. Pots and pans, utensils, flooring, some wall holes, furniture etc. The price and location are right for the condition. Also, for the second year in a row we experienced very noisy neighbors both upstairs and downstairs with young kids awake and running throughout the house at 5:30am and continuing many other hours. Not the same people each year, but indicative of the construction and lack of sound proofing.

The condo is very nice. Good amenities and good location. Very well equipped. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside is it is the 2nd level of the condo so lots of steps. Overall rating of 9 out of 10.

Beach Block Rental

The house was as expected; presented correctly on the website. House was in good order and had enough utensils/dishes. It was great to have two garage parking spots, although very tight to get SUV into it; no luck getting our truck into it. Mr. Shen was very responsive and we appreciated that. Good location, close to boardwalk and fairly quiet at night.

Mr Shen Ocean City, NJ Property

Apartment was clean and in good condition and fully met our needs. We had an issue with the dryer, but Mr Shen is handling it. We brought our own chairs and beach toys, we advise that others do the same. Not a reflection on the apartment or mr shen but the entrance and stairwell up to the second floor is quite old and musty smelling. All of the above being said, we rebooked for next year again as the property is a great value and fully met our needs. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great location

Perfect location. Comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere and fully furnished kitchen. There was no one above us, so it was extra quiet. Only thing to be aware of is that the garage could be tricky for large vehicles. We had an unexpected treat of watching the police academy graduation march by from the porch.

Good location

Good location very close to beach, boardwalk, and even downtown. Everything was very walkable for anyone who likes walking. House/condo had good drains, showers, and sinks, nice little balcony for drying towels and swimsuits. There is nothing supplied other than furniture and basic kitchen items. There are some dish towels and mats but bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Assume there is nothing there so bring everything along with bed linens and bath towels, etc.

Great Location

We had a great time enjoying the ocean, boardwalk and surrounding area. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The garage turn is tight but I was able to do it with a CX-9 in one shot. The extra garage space was good for storing fishing rods and beach stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location!

Location cannot be beat! Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Very roomy rental! The two parking spots/garage were a godsend with the crowds trying to get to the beach/boardwalk. I read the reviews and everyone said how tight the parking was, but I have a ford explorer and we just took our time and had no issues with getting in and out of the garage, so don’t be discouraged. It was so quiet even with being so close to the action. We had everything we needed to have a great week!! Will definitely be booking again. Thank you!!

Glad to have parking, but garage was a tight turn, especially with the "stuff" stored inside it like a bike and beach chairs (which we did not use). We were prepared for it though, from reading reviews--we came in a sedan. Location was excellent for beach access and walking to town.

Great location for families!

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean City! Our unit was very clean and well stocked. There were some challenges with getting my small SUV in and out of the garage, but it was great to have two spots. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach which was perfect for the little ones and lots of beach supplies provided by the host, though I would recommend bringing your own chairs. Mr. Shen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great property!

We had a great week with our family of 6. There was plenty of room for us. We found the property to be clean upon arrival. The parking situation was tight for our mini van, but we were able to park in the spot in front of the house or on the street without issue. Mr. Shen was communicative and helpful. We had need for an updated code for the garage to get checked in, and he was able to assist in a short amount of time. Can't beat the location if you are looking for boardwalk activities! Quiet neighborhood with the school right across the street. We would stay again in the future.

A Great Stay

Our family had a great time staying here. We enjoyed the open living space, the many bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt like they were too crowded. The garage space was nice to be able to leave our beach things instead of having being them up the stairs. The balcony seating was very enjoyable for adults and kids. Just a great stay.
