A gourmet Kitchen with a grand island and hardwood flooring are perfect for beach living. Step out to a spacious fully furnished front porch including a dining table and chairs. The back patio includes another eating table and Weber grill and you'll enjoy off-street parking, and an outside shower. All situated within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops!

Nice property-no beach chairs or tags

The place was nice. I’ve rented in OC for many years. This is the first place that didn’t have beach chairs or beach tags. Disappointed for the price we paid.
