This was a trip for my family to come together and enjoy the holiday something we haven't been able to do in a few years! I had patience with the host hoping that they would make this right but the ball was definitely dropped here this weekend and I'm very dissatisfied! 1. Never received door code through app 2. Driveway is full of garbage 3. The leaves at foot of steps haven't been touched in awhile 4. The grill was absolutely disgusting no one has attempted to clean the grill n months. 5. There were only 5 wash clothes in the home! We got here Wednesday and I explained at that time that the heat was not working! The plumber didn't come out till noon on Thursday! I'm very disappointed in this experience and the way it was handled! 6. The worst of it all I find out that there is someone living downstairs at 2:30 in the morning! I would definitely b careful staying at this property!
