Guest Access:
Entering both the main house and the cottage requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom in the main house are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. The half bathroom is on the main floor and there are two additional steps between the living area and the dining area before reaching the half bathroom and kitchen areas. The cottage has a first floor bedroom and a second floor bedroom and the full bathroom is located on the second floor.
Other Notes:
When staying at this property, there is a "management fee." This is a damage waiver that covers our guests for up to $1,500 in damages in lieu of securing a security deposit.
