This property ain’t up to par for rental.
Property not safe balcony feels like it’s gonna fall of the hinges in the double bunk room, there was rat stool on the roll out bed of the double bunk. There was no hot water since I got there had to call a plumber myself just to turn on the boiler because it was off. Game room had two old video game machines one of them that didn’t work at all and an air hockey table that was broken before we even got there. Overall this was a complete waste of money. Wouldn’t rent this property again in life!

Great place for a larger group. There were a few issues with the property like towel hooks falling and one bed giving way on my friend, or beat up kitchen pans that might not be sanitary but it’s to be expected. The place was as advertised

My friends and I love Atlantic City and always stay at a hotel, however, we wanted to see how a home would feel and it was the best decision we could have possibly made and the only every time we come to AC. House was superb, lots of space, very homey, and amazing back patio. Communication with property manager was fast and easy. Highly recommend if you want cozy vibe in AC.
