「Overall great experience」

「location is extremely great, just 5 mins walking to downtown and other historic interests; the room is a bit small but it's ok for one person. The owner Todd is very nice and provided useful information for siteseeing and restaurants. Will defintely stay here again when I come back.」

「This beautiful historic inn exceeded our expectations in location, comfort, amenities and spacious room. The entire inn is thoughtfully decorated to match the historic home and we just loved the massive staircase and carpets throughout. We enjoyed 3 nights in a King suite with partial bay view. Even though there was a Keurig in our room we indulged in the Nespresso and other hot beverages in main area downstairs. A memorable stay!」

「We loved our stay at the Whale Guest House -- we stayed in the Blue House. It was easy to find and check in/out, impecably clean, comfortable bed and shower, and has amazing views of the surrounding bay and open ocean in the distance from inside and the outdoor patios. The host / staff were incredibly helpful before hand with information on local restraunts and things to see or do (including boat local boat tour recommendations), and we arrived earlier than planned and allowed us to check in in...

「Bad smell, uncomfortable bed, dirty, fire hazard with wires and patch up plumbing for the shower. The microwave didn’t work because the breaker tripped. The carpet at the entrance dirty and the door wasn’t painted either.」

「Excellent get away for late in the season」

「We spent 3 nights at The Mid Valley Suite, over Thanksgiving weekend. We were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this little Suite was. Cozy, welcoming and very clean. It offered everything we needed and was equipped with everything but our personal belongings. Kathryn, our host was most helpful and was available for questions anytime.
