「This is is my second time staying at the Melas and as always we had a beautiful time . The staff upon checkin in particular samet was great checked us smoothly, provided the VIP benefits and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely awesome and heart warming so thank you ☺️.. room was good we had issues with the light of the kettle which needs changing and the housekeeping gentleman fixed the knob of the shower quickly.. 「The one bedroom with kitchen that we stayed in was adequate for 3 people and clean with all needed dinnerware. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again.」
