“Perfect location. Walking distance to major attractions. Staff is very nice and friendly however check in process was a little bit slow. Arrives at 15:00 but had to wait about 20 mins for available room. Room is very nice decorated but the air conditioner stopped working at mid night with error code CH 04 appeared on the control screen of the air-con around 3am. Without air-con it’s hard to get sleep in August night in Athens. System returned to normal at around 9am next day. Besides that there……

“Amenities eg Tea, Coffee in the room are not replenished daily and provided for a charge, same for the bathroom amenities.”

“The location is the best, and the breakfast served at room is wonderful.”

“The location was nice, but it was too noisy. Music and party noise continued till very late, and I couldn’t sleep. Also TV had no signals. The hotel attendant tried to fix it and said nothing was wrong, but it wasn’t functioning. This place is not for me.”
