“I recently stayed at this property and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The place was comfortable and I would definitely come back again. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The main problem was the lack of proper kitchen equipment. There were not enough pots and pans provided, which made it difficult to cook meals during the stay. Additionally, the frying pan that was available did not match the hob, so it could not be used properly. This was quite inconvenient and limited……

“Dejlig studio Appartement. Med fint udstyr til at lave mad. Værten var meget venlig og viste os til rette. Der var også øl og mineralvand på værelset. Stedet var helt nyt og fint.”

“Gutes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, Küche zweckmäßig mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und kleinem Geschirrspüler. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage und einen Edeka direkt gegenüber.”

“Schönes sauberes Hotel in der direkten Innenstadt. Einziger Makel sind fehlende Hotel Parkplätze. Allerdings lässt sich da in Laufnähe ein großer Parkplatz und eine Tiefgarage nutzen. Wohneinheit war top.”

“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Aber leider war das Waschbecken an der Kante beschädigt, im Bad fanden wir tote Insekten, es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer. Grundsätzlich geht das Einchecken einfach, aber die Anleitung zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre ist m.E. unklar. Schade, das Konzept ist gut, aber es fehlt halt doch "das Auge des Herrn".”
