This villa in Languedoc-Roussillon comes with 3 bedrooms and can host 6 guests. Ideal for many families or groups, the property features a private swimming pool and barbecue for guests enjoyment.

Enjoy water sports in the seaside resort of La Grande Motte (27 km) or rent a canoe by the river Vidourle for a beautiful beach trip. Ambrussum, the archeological site is just 3 km away. While nature lovers can go to the Camargue nature reserve, culture lovers can go to Aigues-Mortes (26 km), Nîmes (30 km) and Montpellier (32 km). Restaurants in the beautiful city of Sommières (10 km) can be visited for good food. The nearest supermarket is at 2 km. The fine sand beach of the Lacs de Vergèze has just opened. It is free with swimming supervised from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. by Lifeguards, and free parking. There are water games for children available at 10 km away.

The holiday home features a private swimming pool and barbecue so that guests can enjoy and have fun. Boules court and a table tennis table are also there, so you don’t get bored. The parking facility, apart from a fenced garden, is on-site. The child-friendly property provides a cot and a high chair to guests.

Schönes Haus für perfekte Urlaubstage

Das ist ein schönes großes Haus für perfekte Urlaubstage in Südfrankreich, sauber und sehr gepflegt! (Die Fotos im Inserat werden dem nicht wirklich gerecht) Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet , die Betten sind bequem, die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns (Familie plus befreundetes Paar) perfekt! Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz und der Pool ist großartig!!! Im heißen, trockenen Juli gab es erfreulich wenig Stechmücken, für Zeiten, in denen es anders ist sind an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht. Die Temperatur im Haus hielt sich, auch Dank der Ventilatoren in allen Räumen und auch bei deutlich über 30 Grad Außentemperatur,, in Grenzen. Das Haus liegt an der (wenig befahrenen) Straße zwischen Aubais und Aigues-Vives. (Die vorbeifahrenden Autos, sowie auch der in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnte Hahn sind überhaupt nicht störend, es ist alles sehr weitläufig) Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Meer und tolle Orte sind schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen (und es gibt viel zu sehen und zu entdecken!) - aber ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich! Die Vermieter, Daniel und Michèle sind ganz entzückend, unkompliziert und herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant deux semaines cet été avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 7 ans. La maison était très agréable. La cuisine est grande et nous y prenions nos repas quand il faisait trop chaud ou trop froid dehors. Le mobilier dans le salon est basique, mais nous n'y avons passé que très peu de temps au final. La salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée est pratique pour la douche à la sortie de la piscine. Les chambres à l'étage sont également basiques (les couchages sont trois lits doubles en 190*140), mais là encore, on ne va pas dans la région en vacances pour passer ses journées dans la chambre. Gros point positif, la piscine est "en dur", semie enterrée, et entièrement sécurisée par une vraie cloture et un portillon difficile à manoeuvrer pour les enfants. Elle n'est pas très grande, mais sa taille était parfaite pour nos enfants. Notre fille y a appris à se débrouiller un peu plus dans l'eau, en sécurité car jamais trop loin du bord. A savoir: les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, et la maison est en bord de route (mais les murs sont épais et le jardin entièrement clôturé, protégé d'accès par un lourd portail). Mon compagnon signale également la présence d'un coq chez un voisin.
