Just returned from a three night stay at this property! Was in town for freshman move-in. Great property and location! About a two blocks from S. College St; super easy walk to campus and Toomer's Corner - and shops, restaurants, etc. Property had real easy and abundant parking. SUPER nice apartment - all new and modern. Top of the line everything. Perfect for 2-4 people. Great communication with the owner. And - unlike other apartments in the area...quiet and peaceful!

Wonderfully appointed condo in a great location! All of the basics are provided making this very convenient. Bed is also very comfortable! Will stay again if can find a weekend it’s not already rented!
