“The Loft was the perfect place for us with separate baths and bedrooms plus plenty of living area to visit with family for the afternoon. The purpose of our visit, the Arts Center was minutes away. The walkable shops and restaurants made for a more than pleasant visit. I hope we get a chance to come there again!”

“This is a beautiful and cozy property. We enjoyed spending time with family, enjoyed the double swing, walking around seeing baby bunnies and groundhogs and just relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property for its charm, history and scenery.”

“A great place to stay. Quiet and convenient location. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Hosts generously provided coffee and snacks. Highly recommended.”

“Such a gem!”

“We had an absolutely lovely wedding anniversary weekend at this property. It's a really easy drive to get to the cottage but also feels secluded from the road. The kitchen was well appointed and I loved how cozy it all felt. The host was also really communicative.”

“We were only staying for 2 nights and it was perfect. Clean, updated and everything we needed. The outdoor patio off one of the bedrooms was perfect for my mom who was staying with us and woke up early. 10/10 would recommend. ”

“House was clean and great location for attending events at MTSU. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Property was clean and beds super comfortable. Stocked with basics (coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking utensils, pots and pans) Host was very attentive when we had questions. ”

“The place was just as depicted and described. We had a nice quiet stay and the host was very accommodating to our schedule.”

“Nice, clean, quiet apartment. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and a great accommodation for the price. Will definitely stay here again if we are in town.”

“This home was absolutely spotless! It was the perfect place to stay while on a work trip - comfortable, clean, quiet. Having the full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a fenced in back yard was amazing. As a single woman traveling alone with a small dog, I felt very safe. Would absolutely stay again if I was in the area!”

“So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. “Darling cozy cottage and was great location for our needs.”

“Roomy, clean (immaculate) , well appointed and great service. Excellent WiFi and entertainment. A perfect choice in a quiet neighborhood.”

“This is a charming little home in a quiet neighborhood, very convenient to both MTSU and Nashville which were our destinations. The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely, and the deep tub was the perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. We would stay here again.”

“Our group was 4 ladies that were friends/family. The house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and as shown in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was our first time staying at a Vrbo property, and we enjoyed it. The place was warm, inviting, cozy, and quiet. Communication with the property owner was easy and painless. Both A/C and heat worked well (it was late March and the outside temps swung alot). The location was excellent for getting to any part of Murfreesboro, or to the Interstate. ”
