Lovely warm welcome from the ladies that work at the hotel. Easy check in. Free parking on the property. The hotel is a beautiful large house that has been pampered to a high standard. Our room was large enough for us & luggage. The bed was a Californian king i think as it was huge & very comfortable! We had our own bathroom within the room. Heaps of dining options just down the road within walking distance. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Our stay at Bavaria Boutique was the friendliest on our 6 week trip to NZ recently! Kerri in particular was always attentive and caring, even giving me a flower from the garden as we prepared for our daughters wedding. The 'Californian' bed was the mot comfortable we have ever slept in. We will definitely recommend Bavaria Boutique to anyone looking for clean, comfortable and friendly places in stay in Auckland.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Bavaria, and wish we had longer. We were made to feel very welcome, and its a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Our room was spacious with the amenities we expected and we enjoyed the shared dining space for breakfast. The free offstreet parking was great thanks. Close to eating places and local countdown. Thanks for having us.

I loved the large bedroom, windows that can be opened and the communal large living room , which I will make better use of next time I stay. It was so quiet, no TV noise from adjacent rooms or road noise. Peaceful and homely and close to the village shops. Kerri was lovely to have a chat with and so friendly and helpful with local information.

Staff is super friendly and the room was good, but with the West sun coming into the room window, the absence of air conditioning in the facility rendered the room warmer than comfortable for several hours.

Very comfortable stay. The property is wonderful, very uniquely beautiful from the outside to the inside. Beautiful stain glass front door, fresh flowers in the living room, open deck to a garden, nice breakfast area with ability to cook in the guest kitchen. We were given great recommendations from the host for resturants and activities very close nearby. We were able to enjoy a pleasant breeze in our room from the balcony before the rain came and got a much needed rest. We would have loved to stay longer and another time if given the opportunity.

Poor breakfast. I had to complain to have something else than coffee powder. Some days the fridge was not filled with cold dairy . The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean but not matching what I was expecting for a deluxe room. No desk to work on your computer, so tiny bathroom. Impossible turn in the bathroom even less in the shower. The shower was so small. Not a bad place if you know where you will sleep but be aware you leave in a confined place. I'm also not happy because my booking was for 15 days. After 2 days I asked for a refund because it was what I was expecting. A big NO from the owner. I can go but they keep my money. Big joke. So I stayed.

Wonderful experience!

I can not stress how much I loved staying here. I was with a friend and we had a quick stop over in Auckland before we continued on to the South Island. I wish so much we had had time to stay longer. The property is gorgeous and comfortable. The decor is charming and there were incredible fresh flower arrangements greeting us. There was a lite breakfast also provided. Customer service was off the charts friendly and helpful. I hope to come back in the future and really explore the area and enjoy another stay. Highly recommend!!

I loved my stay at the Bavaria boutique hotel. Erika and Kerry were wonderful. It felt like a home away from home and in a lovely Neighbourhood with great connections into downtown and awesome food on Dominion Road. I loved the view from my room and the lush garden. The in-house breakfast was really convenient.
