Summary:
Cape Cottage in Oneroa village is beautifully presented and well equipped for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.

The Space:
Situated in close proximity to the shops, galleries and cafes and a short walk to the white sands of Oneroa beach, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property offers all the comforts of home including a lovely gas fire and plenty of room to spread out with family and friends. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are light and bright and open the house to spacious decks with outdoor seating, BBQ and cottage garden.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - two singles plus a mezzanine level with a double bed. Please note the mezzanine is accessed by a ladder.

Please note: Cape Cottage can accommodate 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. The price per night is for 6 people with an additional $50 per night per person to a maximum of 8 people. An exit cleaning fee of $240 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays - 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Cape Cottage is in a great location to explore Waiheke Islands know vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Te Motu, Goldie Vineyard, and Miro/Casita Miro,as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket, Waiheke's new EcoZip line and other lovely local cafes.

The Neighborhood:
Cape Cottage is in a great location to explore Waiheke Islands know vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Te Motu, and Miro/Casita Miro, as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket, Waiheke's new EcoZip line and other lovely local cafes.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.

Mezzanine - Please note the double bed is accessed by a ladder from the main room.
