Jasa's Vineyard Estate | Stay Waiheke

Perched atop a hill with lovely views in every direction, this architecturally designed and spacious holiday home is set on 4 private hectares and features beautiful gardens, a heated swimming pool, lovely indoor/outdoor areas and an award winning vineyard.

The open design and flow of the living area is conducive to entertaining with a wonderful chefs kitchen, 8 seater dining table and two lounges. Walls of glass open the house to the fully enclosed swimming pool and lovely outdoor BBQ/dining area with outdoor fire.

The main house will comfortably sleep 6 guests in three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom is located on the second level with two additional bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and one with two singles) sharing a private wing that opens out to the pool area is situated on ground level.
An additional two guests can be accommodated in the charming self contained cottage.

Please Note:
Stay Waiheke requires a $1000 cash bond payable to Stay Waiheke via visa or mastercard on all bookings. The bond is charged 7 days prior to arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure pending property inspection.

Perfect place to make new memories with old friends

A gorgeous property that was perfect in soem many ways, from the drive up through the vineyard, to the layout that gave us all space to be alone as well as areas to come together, fully stocked kitchen to really be abel to cook in. Lovely comfy beds and great bathrooms and a fantastic pool. The only thing I would say and I think its a Kiwi thing versus a this house thing, the louvres to open the window to let air in and cool the house don't have any mozzie or insect screens so it means at night you really get eaten. Thats the very one minor tiny flaw in an otherwise perfect home.
