Romantic spot,Stunning views

Perfect romantic getaway with Everything you need. Secluded yet still close enough to all the amazing vineyards. Stayed in a few places on the island and this place is definitely up there. Not rediculously priced either which is refreshing. Will be back!

Null Service und Stechmücken

Der Service war nicht vorhanden. Man wollte möglichst wenig tun und nichts mit den Gästen zu tun haben. Die Räumlichkeiten lagen im Wald. Abends gab es eine Moskitoplage. Leider gab es auch keine Klimatisierung, so dass es entweder sehr heiß war oder die Fenster geöffnet werden mussten. Dann war nach etwa Stunden Jagd die Mehrzahl der Stechmücken im Raum beseitigt.

Nice and private surrounded by excellent scenaries

The one room apartment is excellent very well furniture and very clean. Excellent kitchen facilities and staff very nice and helpful. The backyard is beautifully set with fantastic surrounding bush, enjoying view, and very private! Yet, it was very hot so a cooling system may be needed to think of. Or less expensive solution, install screens on doors and windows so they can be opened without insects bothering residents. Overall rating is 4.5

Highly recommend this accommodation

Well appointed accommodation in a stunning location. Lovely and peaceful - but not far to drive to the shops, wineries, cafes etc. Really appreciated the free wi-fi. Would definitely book here again. Recommend to all whom are looking for a relaxing, peaceful environment.

Awesome place

We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing view we saw when we first entered the cottage. Beautiful bush surrounds the cottage so we were greeted with the sound of tuis nearby. The cottage is very modern with everything you could need.

Great weekend getaway

Loved our time staying here, perfect place for a weekend getaway. Private, secluded and a great view. 'The Pad' was beautifully presented and the whole experience was hassle free.

Beautiful private spot for a couple!

We loved this place, it was very romantic with a great view of the water and a large comfortable bed. The only issue was that it was very cold the weekend we stayed, and there was a lot of condensation on the windows after just one night. It would be really good if there was a dehumidifier or better insulation in the house as we had to have all the heaters on full the whole time.

Weekend on waiheke

Beautiful setting, peace and quiet and a home away from home. BBQ area sun deck awesome facilities would and have recommended to everyone. It is away from the ferrys so would recommend a car which we had. Wineries down the road though so had everything we wanted and more. Would stay again
