Great views of Takapuna and beyond

Needed dusted, and missing quite a few kitchen items, etc that should be included in any accommodation. Someone should change some lightbulbs. Vacuum needs fixed. Complicated process to collect room key. But a nice apartment apart from these small issues. Fantastic views, comfortable.

トイレットペーパーは一つしかなく、ティシュペーパーはなしです。駐車場の番号が、メールと渡された鍵にある番号と違っていて、どっちが正解か？問い合わせたけど、返事は来ず。他に室内での問題点は？と聞かれたので、上記、トイレットペーパーとティシュペーパーのことを伝え、オークランドの支店から対応するとありましたが、結局、なしのつぶて。近所のCountdown で、買い物をしたのは言うでもありません。。。

The apartment is actually nice.It's clean and comfortable. My disappintment was that I missed an email from the comapany managing the apartment to tell me that I had to collect my key from the CBD. Had i known this I wuld have selected another place. I was going to the apartment straight from the airport and bypassing the CBD, so had no intention of going there. In the end, after almost an hour on the phone, I had to drive back into the CBD, at 7pm, try to find parking which was near impossible and then drive back. From arriving at the hotel to finaling getting my key and getting to my room too 2 hours.I was not impressed.

Key pick up for this Takapuna Apartment is in Town

Great to be close to the beach and shops. Size of apartment was great however the cleanliness and condition of the place overall was below standard. Also, to get the key you need to collect this from the City which was a nuisance. Not close tonTakapuna at all and the building for key collection has no parking. A real hassle

Great apartment in a great locstion

I had a 10 day stay so needed to have some space and ability to self cater without breaking the bank. This place ticked all those boxes. A couple of minor things, you have to pick the key up in the city but the instructions were good and no real problem. Full kitchen was great but very limited kitchen utensils Mentone I had to buy an egg flip and a good knife, but the total outlay was less than $10. Had to supply own laundry powder for the washing machines. Did I mention the views from the 18th floor the brows over the beach and bay are awesome.

ここはやめたほうがいいかも。おススメできません。

このアパートはスペンサーオンバイロンホテルのレジデンスの一部が、日割り貸しされている模様です。施設は高級ホテルらしく、プールやジムなどもありました。部屋はリビング寝室ユニットバスで、食洗器、食器、洗濯機（洗剤はなし）、お茶、湯沸かし器、Ｗｉ-Ｆｉなんかも等もありました。ただ、アパートの場所はノースショアにあるのに、鍵を中心部のオフィスまで（午後4時過ぎたらコインロッカーまで）取りに行かなくてはなりませんでしたがその情報は予約したサイトにはなく、連絡も出発直前で困りました、50ドルで迎えの車を出すと言われてお願いしたらドライバーには65ドルと言われました、ホテルフロントには何も言うなと言われました、違法行為をしているようで当惑しました、3泊して1泊2万近く払っているのに滞在中の掃除はなし、タオルも2日分しかなく、トイレットペーパーもなし、ティッシュは空箱でした。滞在中に文句を言っても何の改善もされず、帰国してからホテルズコムに言っても無駄でした（何もしてくれなかった）。英語で交渉してもこの有様なので、英語が苦手なかたは避けるのが賢明です。支払うお金の価値はないと思う、それからホテルズコムにも期待しないほうがいいと思います、結局何も変わらなかった。

Great hotel and location

As an international guest, the inconvenience of having to go into Auckland to pick up the keys first is why I would not stay here again. It has nothing to do with the accommodation but to do with the agency that is managing the accommodation. The hotel and reception has nothing to do with the actual accommodation

Could have been so much better..

The apartment is in the Spencer on Bryon hotel. This was not made clear to us, so when we arrived we were not sure we where at the right location. The owner has elected to self manage the apartment with an external party "my hotel". As a result the access to the place is micky mouse, and we were bombarded by emails and phone calls before arrival. We were driving up 6hrs to Auckland. To get our access card we had to drive back over the bridge into Auckland cbd, then enter into a postal drop by swiping my bank card. Then accessing a locker, that had several keys to various rentals. Not secure. The property advertised parking, it was not made clear to us on arrival. As a result we paid for a nights parking in the hotel, till we could sort it out the following day. The "My Hotel" manager offered to reimburse, but has not followed through. An empty promise. The parking is in the loading bay. Poor replenishing/servicing of the apartment before we arrived, that salt and pepper shakers were empty, no complimentary washing powder. No make up tissues in the bathroom dispenser etc. Sparse kitchen items, no can-opener. Its a shame really, as you are left with a sense of dissatisfaction, when the experience could have been so much better. The "my Hotel" staff were friendly, but in a reactive way, rather than proactive. I had taken the effort to contact several days before arrival to ensure a smooth arrival. They said they had only recently taken over the listing.

The obtaining of the key was problematic, had to drive over bridge to pick up, in a Dropbox lobby. The apartment is in the Spencer on Bryon Hotel, this was not made clear. Owner is airB&Bing it. The car park location was not made clear to us. It was in the bay loading numbered g42. The decor is dated, but comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were not adequately stocked. No washing powder supplied for clothes washer.
