This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date. * As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.

For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance. *We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out. *Our latest check-out time is 10am.
