Tout ce qu'il faut dans cet appartement, avec en prime la super vue sur le port, et un propriétaire charmant, qui prend soin de son appartement.

Appart refait à neuf - belle vue - commerces à proximité

Tout est dans le titre... seul point négatif, la difficulté à se garer car presque tout est en zone bleue.
