Its a pity we had the Airport arrival time as an issue, we do have compulsory transfers for guests arriving at Seabreeze between the hours of 5pm & 8am , as you will know we are difficult to find in the dark and we just driving after dark can be difficult with animals & people on the road. Thanks for your feedback, we always can arrange a platter of local food but to present to the best of our ability and only with the freshest produce we need notice to arrange this as i think we arranged for yourself on your last night. Thank for your kind words regarding our tour guides, as proud Samoans they really do enjoy sharing our culture, lifestyle and history. I'll try and address some of your concerns unfortunately with limited space to answer, I must be brief. Our Ocean view villas are as they are described but as we are in a horseshoe we do acknowledge that some Ocean view villas have more expansive view than others, but we can not guarantee a particular room number only the room category, therefore our Deluxe Ocean view villas might have been a better option for you, as they both have extensive ocean views. Our "unlimited water policy" is something we provide for in house guests withing the accommodation/pool bar area, unfortunately health & hygiene regulations prevents us from serving tap water as in our case the water comes from a waterfall to the resort and as it has not been treated it is therefore not safe for guests to drink. Funny tummies when travelling are not fun and often happen when you are introduced to new bugs hence the cost we go to to supply unlimited water, FYI, The Waterfront Restaurant whilst a part of Seabreeze is open to the public and runs as a completely different entity to the resort so water is not available free of charge in this facility. Our biggest disappointment is that you did not enjoy our food, we just cant understand what happened as this is not usually the norm, as we normally have rave reviews on our food, so totally surprised. We have just returned from Australia and have called a meeting to discuss this, however we strongly encourage guests to make us in management aware of any issues that arise during their stay, we only wish that our relief had been aware of this & we could have addressed the issue whilst you were here. It is our commitment to make your stay the best it can be and we truly are sorry that we did not succeed.

Talofa Mark Thanks for sharing your experience with us, we are always thrilled to have guests feel that we run a wonderful resort. We have looked into the menu substitution of items that you mentioned and suggested with 36 Items on the menu hat our staff make some dishes unavailable rather than offer unsatisfactory substitutions, we are really sorry that you found these "quirks" frustrating. Between December & March each year we do maintenance and we have had all our water systems maintained & also now have two new systems on hand in case of breakdowns as we do understand the importance of a good consistent water supply, we sincerely apologies for these issues, and the inconvenience caused. After reading your feedback we have also had trained arborists on site this week, de-nutting our many coconut trees, so you can rest easy that we have taken this very seriously and as I write this we are rectifying this as a matter of priority. Thanks for your kind words regarding our fantastic location, amazing staff and family atmosphere, we really are all very close, and we are thrilled this shows in our interaction with our valued guests. Talofa Valued Guest WOW, how great it feels when we hear that you rate us as the "best boutique resort in Samoa" For the last 6 years we have been awarded the "Leading Hotel Samoa" at the World Travel Awards but its always great to have acknowledgement from our guests as it really is you whom we owe our success too. Just one small correction for other Expedia followers, Seabreeze has 12 Villas (I know it looks like less) but with a max of 24 guests and the resort designed with couples in mind intimacy is an important part of your stay and Seabreeze recognizes that. Thanks for your comments on our "Food & Great service", providing a complete package is what really makes a stay memorable and that is why our complimentary mini bar now includes French Champagne. We are always looking for ways to improve and we are thrilled in your case you couldn't fault us. Your observation on the resort feeling like a family run business, is exactly what we are. With a lot of our staff being long term employees we have been together a long time and we are all very close. this shines through in our relationship with our staff as we work along side them on a daily bases, mentoring and supporting them along the way. We would love to have you return one day, when you do please let us know you are a returning guest, and we will add in our value added bonus that we offer to all returnees.
