"Great option for location"

"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

"AC doesn’t work in the room. The hotel staff and cleanliness were top notch . It’s very close to the transport links and stephansdom. Loved staying there. "

"Lovely hotel and staff. Traditional older building but fully modernised. Room was modern and comfortable and a good size. Large walk in shower. Excellent buffet breakfast available through to 11am. Nice garden terrace at rear of property. Everywhere super clean, tidy and well maintained. Situated in quiet area with a number of eateries within 10 min walk and around 20 min walk in to the old town."

"The hotel itself is an experience with rich historical background in Vienna, and every attraction is within easy walking distance. I highly recommend it and would definitely rebook if I return to Vienna."
