「Everything was perfect! We (and our dogs) really enjoyed the seclusion and total lack of fireworks. We rented the cabin with an explicit desire to leave fireworks behind... The cabin is well-equipped and very cozy. We were glad there was no snow or ice since the road leading to the cabin is uphill for a big stretch and at times quite narrow.」

「Loved the property. Only real complaint was the water pressure but not a big deal. Might want to upgrade the television and put one in a room or two but was not a big deal for us.」

「Great location in downtown Winchester, very walkable to restaurants and stores. House is old and decoration interesting. For 3 of us for 2 nights it was just fine, if more guests and a longer stay the 1 bath tub with a shower over the tub would get old. Also no one can touch any other water source when someone is showering, blistering water comes out the shower. House was clean, kitchen perfect for what we needed.」

「I left after I saw the property, as a solo female traveler I did not feel safe there the front door is right by the “bed” which is a very small uncomfortable futon, I didn’t feel like the locks were secure to the front door, the bathroom was tiny you can barely even get in there, the comforter and sheets were worn and the whole place has a weird smell. It was awful I will be very careful about where I stay from now on after this experience. 」
