Tucked away, cozy, newly renovated and updated *lower level duplex unit! Access to outdoor area for all guests, free parking in the front of the property. Can accommodate a rollaway bed if separate sleeping arrangements are needed. If available, *upper unit can also be booked for guests requiring more accommodation for a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths.
You can easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars only a few blocks away. Within the area are local favorites such as Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal Taproom, Relic Coffee Company and Cantina Locale. Walgreens, grocery, gym and medical all within one mile!
