The internet isnt its best...but the attempt to accommodate was wonderful. I booked for my son birthday and we was beyond satified with the staff as well as our room conditions.

This hotel seemed to be located in the area of Augusta that used to thrive but was now on the decline. The roads were bad, the area around seemed unsafe. There was what appeared to be a homeless guy out of his mind screaming at us at the top of his lungs in the parking lot.
I would not stay here again. The hotel itself was decent but because of the surrounding area I was disappointed that i hasn’t researched the area better.
This was a great stay. The employees at Fairfield Inn were great. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved the hospitality that was shown to us the whole time we were there. The service thete was perfect, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. Everything was great.

Received accessible room even though not requested, which was good for plenty of room but not so great for the vanity counter having limited space. Elevator was sort of slow but usually available. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very nice.
The room was nice, and clean. The staff went above and beyond. Upon checking in I was greeted in a super friendly manner. I had an issue with the shower. Within the hour, Jerrell from the maintenance team fixed the spout. He was super efficient, and exceptionally nice. I was very impressed.
I liked the property from the moment I checked in. Warm cookies at the front desk and Ashley checked us in immediately. Ashley was very friendly, smiling and personable. Room was great with large bath towels, comfortable bed and spacious. Only took us 15 minutes to drive downtown for some great food and happy hours.
The staff, my room, and the great breakfast. Not over crowded but only one elevator.

I came strictly to take my kids swimming and the pool was closed. So disappointed.

We appreciate your feedback.During the beginning of August we did have to close the pool due to unforeseen circumstances. At that time we did remove the pool from the all websites, along with making all staff members aware so that all guest were informed. It is unfortunate that we had to close the pool and the repair has been delayed. On behalf of the entire hotel I apologize your kids were not able to enjoy our pool. We hope to have it repaired and open before the end of the month.Again, I apologize you and your family were not able to enjoy the pool during your stay.
