“The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The room that we stayed in was clean, but the door mechanism was not working properly.
The pool/spa area was not clean and appeared to have a film on the top layer of the water. The hot portion of the breakfast was cold, and not cooked fully.”

“The room is good, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good, and the ev charging is why I chose your hotel, and that has been excellent. Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced.
