奧古斯塔西奧古斯塔酒店住宿推介

「Excellent location」

「Nice place」

「Well you're just looking for a place to lay your head then its fine. My room had no towels nor a shower curtain. I called to have them put it in my room while I was at work, they came and dropped it on my bed. Huh? So they didn't attempted to put the shower curtain up. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Bed wasnt comfortable at all. Most likely I wont be back.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「We were there for 3 days. We did not get any room service. We had to ask for coffee, cups, and creamer. We also did not get trash removed from the room. We also thought that the prices for breakfast items were too expensive.」

「Everything was good, close to restaurants, walking distance, quiet place」

「Our room was exceptionally clean as well as the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly, super helpful and just all around GREAT! THANKS to Haley our receptionist for being so kind.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Good!」

「Location is good for master but room is ok」

「Having no door for the bathroom was an unpleasant experience. The breakfast is bad. Mediocre experience for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Staff were friendly, clean common areas. Definitely will return.」
