“Tremendous Staff !!”

“everything was great, the place was nice and clean and perfect located.”

“AC unit is flooding the sidewalk and parking lot. This is just as you arrive to the hotel. Inside the hotel the ice machine is flooding the hallway. Clean pool. Clean room. Comfy bed, I like the firm mattress. Breakfast was your standard cheap as can be free breakfast. Microwave heated egg patties, sausage patties. Biscuits but no gravy. Walmart brand yogurt cups. Coffee tasted burnt but it was just whatever brand they used. I've had excellent breakfasts at other hotels. Not talking about the……

“- Valet was great! - Front desk was mediocre. It was a hot day. There was a cold pitcher of refreshing ice water, but no cups. The front desk staff had missed this, even though they were not busy. After a long wait, they returned to tell me they couldn’t locate any cups. - Chef in 8595 Restaurant was a complete failure. Dining at 8595 was one of the main reasons we chose this property. 60% of the menu was unavailable. Allegedly, he had mismanaged the switch over to a new menu. Angry patrons who……

“The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.”

“Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.”
