“This newly built cottage is a delight. The location near Rustico is less than 20 Minutes from Cavendish and Brackley Beaches and only 30 minutes from Charlottetown. The cottage is fully furnished and contains absolutely all the amenities anyone could require and ample storage spaces. “We loved our stay at Cordial house. The house has a lot of charm. I appreciate that they had ample amounts of towels, soap and toilet paper for our week stay. This was a legit cabin so creaky floors and old time looking decorations. The view alone would give us reason to book here again. Our kids loved being in the yard and watching the sunset. Checking in and out was a simple process. ”

“The house was the perfect size but the spiral staircase is narrow and awkward. We mostly used the outside stairway . The location was central enough for what we wanted to do but far from the tourist crowds. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This was our second year staying at the cottage and always love our time next to the cows! If there are ever any problems Frankie is always quick to respond to any issues when told. My only issue was the second bathroom had an Oder that would not go away, even after they placed a machine in there to help. Despite that…. We will definitely be back next year as it’s a family favourite. ”

“This North Rustico Gem is even more picture perfect in person!! Right on the water, the house offers comfortable beds, kitchen with lots of pots and pans, grill, fire pit, great lawn for games. Our first time to PEI and we couldn’t have been happier with the location! Close to good restaurants and shops locally, also nearby attractions in cavendish and a short drive to Charlottetown and other parts of the island! Friendly neighbors and hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Fun……
