“Staff was very helpful. We needed help doing some things in the business center and they were right there to make sure we got it done. We also appreciated the evening happy hour option. A hot tub would’ve been lovely but not necessary.”

“I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!”

“Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also.”

“Struggled with the room we were initially given. The television wouldn't work, the staff had no idea how to fix it. The room also had a very intense overwhelming smell from air freshners (maybe). We asked for a different room and were switched the second day we were there. The second room was not as large (as we had originally booked) but didn't smell and the TV worked. The staff tried, but it appears that their hands may be tied by management.”

“I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. The advertised photos posted on the website/internet are a far cry……

“We stay here almost every time we visit our daughter. The staff is always friendly and helpful, although, I was sad that Lamar is no longer there. However, was happy to hear he is still with Hilton, just moved to an upper management position, which is well deserved. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is wonderful, the amenities are good. My only criticism would be the laundry amenities. One of the washers wouldn't dissolve the detergent pods, and one of the dryers took forever to dry. I……
