"The place is new, clean, modern, well-designed and supplied, although we did purchase a sponge to wash the dishes with. The bedrooms have multiple outlets, comfortable beds and convenient cubbies in the closets. The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom which helps to insulate from noise from the other bedroom. The little bunkbeds in the closet are great if you have kids staying with you. While it is not in an area in which I would feel comfortable walking or going for a run after dark, the unit...

"This property is absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, recently remodeled kitchen. The home owner's have everything you could possibly need on hand. The rooftop hot tub was such an amazing way to end the days. If we ever come back to Fort Collins we will absolute be staying here again!"

"We were pleasantly surprised on how much room was available. You have the whole basement to yourself, there is a hot tub and fire pit available to use. We stayed for a full week visiting our daughter. Close to trails we could go walking on, close to shopping and dining out. Very quiet neighborhood with easy in and out access. "This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering....

"This is a lovely new two bedroom condo located near Loveland’s downtown and east side amenities. The property is very clean and well maintained with many personal touches by the owner. This place should be considered if coming to northern Colorado!"

"What a convenient location, with great parking and access to everything we could have needed. A great house too with everything you would need in a rental. We hung at the rec center which was wonderful for the kids. And it has the fenced in yard for our doggies, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the rental itself. The host was also super nice and just A+ all around!"

"Traveling with Grand daughter, she got to pick which bedroom she wanted . She opened the closet and found a treasure trove of toys. Some were perfect for her bath. When the weather warmed up, she and GPa were able to play many games in the pretty back yard. With food allergies it is easier for us to do most of our own cooking, the kitchen is well appointed and grocery close by. We had a lovely visit seeing family."

We also loved the ranching/farming decor, and the unique coffee table books, including a thorough education on the history of John Deere tractors.
