Zimmer ist sauber und der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und geputzt. “Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. ”

"除了水壓不穩，洗頭不太方便，其他都很不錯。我們很喜歡裡面小廚房，冰箱烤箱都很大，應有盡有。都清潔的很乾淨。也很喜歡房間內臥榻的部分，連接著滿版的玻璃牆。如果需要客房清潔，最好去跟櫃檯預約，不然不一定當天會去清潔。"
